Generally speaking, the following images illustrate the 52 Weeks of theAbysmal Year in graphic format, hopefully providing some indication as to the innate symmetry of this Reform Calendar. The Days marked in black are the first, mid-way, and final Days of each Quarter.The Months are divided by thick black lines every 4 Weeks.
Each Week begins on a Saturday, as that was how the Week was first devised. Also, Saturn, the deity who the Romans associated with Saturday, is the darkest, nasties piece of work. He emasculated his father Ouranos, that the Earth & Sky be separate (and thus beginning Time), and devoured his children. He’s an appropriate deity to begin theAbysmal Week.
